We all hide behind a mask.........




To decide on a task,
my face met my mask,
A scene rare to find,
in the battlefield of mind.

Face could not control,
started finding fault,
 jumped to an  argument,
and boasted of it's accomplishment..

Face told the mask,
"it's due to you,
trust has lost the value,
falsehood survives,
betrayal seem to be true! "
Mask kept silent.

Face continued,
"we are two sides of a coin,
which can  never join,
I am everlasting and ultimate,
Your life depends on fate!"
Mask felt disgraced, but did not utter a word.

Frustrated , face did not stop  and added,

" I confront situations,
you complicate personalities,
I stand by my commitments,
You compromise with realities!"
and in anguish ,face wept and tears dropped down!

Mask  covered the face ,humbly and ...........smiled !

My dear friends,
When sorrow  clouds the mind, 
when wounds deepen never to heal,
when insult is encountered with patience
Mask wins with grace .......every time!
