dear shamrose,
it is the tendency of people to comment on others problem without realizing that some day we also may face the similar problems!

  shamrose posted 3 mnths ago

what is the point for this/? please make it clear.
                             shamrose, so direct answer.

dear Ajit
We continue dreamliving that it can never happen to me but only to you and the neighbour next door! To illustrate the point instances are aplenty. The problem is how to choose! However, yours is indeed some choice I should say.

Well, Ajit I think you could free your lines of each stanza from the fullstops but only the end-ones require rest and that too not invariably. Just make your poetry feel free of unnecessary pauses and stops. let it flow like water without hindrances.

I enjoyed reading your argument. But mind you people who smoke sometimes outlive those who don't. Anyway, that's for another poem!

Regards
Satish

"It can never happen to me".....is what people think. And that is the reason people do not help each other,

do not raise voice against injustice in society,

do not have concern for  the environment,

do not take care of their health,

do not fight the evils   'coz "IT CAN NEVER HAPPEN TO ME"........

It can never happen to me ----is the root cause of many disharmony, foolish acts tolerated in society.

Though we have come across this -It can never happen to me syndrome, sometimes we ourselves are part of it, its a good idea to share it in an effective way here...

Keep it up Sir!

Wonderful, Ajit. It is a great thought. we must be concerned when fire enters our neighbourhood, for its next station is our home. I am really touched by the sentiments it evokes. Thanks ajith for such wonderful thoughts. Regards. Rajee.
