They came, they saw, they conquered…
And they died and were buried.
Can you learn from them?
You lived to tell tales and every stories of your era has a moral to our world but who wants these morals today even history is a subject to be buried not to be learnt.
When I see the stars, I wonder if like them, do you twinkle in the sky and seeing me repeat the same blunders, which you committed in your time, have a hearty laugh on the entire mankind, or do you sympathize when you keenly observe this inconsistent world. Dear grandpa’s of the world, did you wonder that man today understands the stars better but not his friends, he reads texts and literature of the other corner of the world but never read his beloveds mind. He communicates faster with his mail friends sorry “email friends” more than the person next door. His love for his parents was never genuine but expects genuine responsibilities from his children.
I do wonder what you would have been doing in those kings’s era when the world was a very big place to live though it has shrunk in size, man is very far from the word human.
He lived for a cause,
But died for no reason
He suffered loss and enjoyed gain
In autumn and in rain
But, death knows no season.
Cheated by many, praised by few
More than any one, him I knew
Cause I have touched his heart
And felt his soul.
After him, death gave two things,
Memories left in the heart and, Ashes on the soil.
But, swollen eyes still weep and cry,
Thoughts of him always linger around
Asking me, why do people die?
