O man! Are you there?

I walked along the bank of Ganges

And saw people rushing to Mecca too.

I saw the golden temple and devotion in churches too.

And I could find man in them but not in human form.

Yesterday’s newspaper carried the sight of a man ,burning the public transport, trains, buses and every thing around set on fire and fellow human beings running everywhere to hide and kill. The reason was more tragic than the incidence; some one had put a garland of slippers and shoes on the statue of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar.

I can thank god for one reason that at least he did not give animals and birds the power of reasoning, logical arguments etc. Therefore may be they do not have religion, caste, creed or any form of ideological differences. Thanks to the heaven that dogs don’t say that   I am Hindu and you are a Muslim, nor will you hear that donkeys braying over a caste distinction issue. They play on their instinct and let me tell you that had man also allowed nature to rule him and had we also been acting on our instincts world would have been a better place to live in.

Those who had put the garland of slippers do not belong to any religion and caste. They are bunch of jokers in the hand of politicians. What a shame to put garland of slippers, on a person who worked for a cause and betterment of this mighty nation. The constitution, we Indian boast and trust was shaped by this great personality. Those hands should be chopped in public so that the next person who rises to such and act should realize that this is what he deserves for slapping an entire community right on the face.

Buddhism preaches non-violence in all sense of truth, justice and equality. Dr.Ambedkar adopted this religion as he felt that no other religion would help in the betterment of the down trodden Hindu community, an idea, which did not object the sentiments of all the other great leaders during those days.

The community, which he had been proud to be, and religion which he accepted among all the other religions in the world with all its ideologies could not prevent the violence and damage caused to national property and the heritage train.

The mob should have burnt their own house first and then burn the national property to prove that they are true Buddhist in all sense, mind and soul.
